Return & Refund Policy

BeSoft Body, we want you to love every product you purchase. If your experience is anything less than exceptional, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return

We accept returns on unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Eligible returns may receive a refund or store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be purchased directly from BeSoft Body.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging.

  • Products may be lightly used, but no more than 5% of the contents may be used.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Heavily used products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Free samples or gifts with purchase

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Please include your order number and photos of the issue.  We will replace the item at no cost or offer a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
