BeSoft Body, we want you to love every product you purchase. If your experience is anything less than exceptional, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return
We accept returns on unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Eligible returns may receive a refund or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The product must be purchased directly from BeSoft Body.

Items must be returned with original packaging.

Products may be lightly used, but no more than 5% of the contents may be used.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Heavily used products

Items marked “Final Sale”

Free samples or gifts with purchase

Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or offer a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
