Shipping Policy (USA)

At BeSoft Body LLC, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and reliably.  Please review our U.S. shipping guidelines below.


1.  Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During promotions, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


2.  Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship anywhere within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Available for all orders.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Additional fees apply based on carrier rates.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

  • Available for select regions; orders must be placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.  Carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or unforeseen events are outside our control.


3.  Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

Free Shipping:

  • Offered on U.S. orders over $50 before tax and after discounts.


4.  Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


5.  Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


6.  Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors

  2. Verify the address provided

  3. Contact the carrier directly

If the issue persists, contact our Customer Care team, and we will assist you.  However, BeSoft Body LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


7.  Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.  We will replace or refund items as appropriate.


8. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. boxes and most APO/FPO addresses using USPS.  Delivery times may vary based on military mail schedules.
